Instructions for deleting your A1 Smart Home account in the app

As an administrator, you can delete all accounts and data in the app.
1. Click on the burger menu at the bottom right
2. Click on “Family”
3. After entering the password, you can delete individual accounts, or all of them if you choose your own account.
 
You can also have your account deleted by our service team on 0800 664 143.
 
Instructions for deleting your data in the app:
To delete all data on your account, click on the burger menu
1. Click on “Settings”
2. Click on “About”
3. Click on “Data and consent”.
4. As the last item in the list you will find “Data, there you can delete all your data irrevocably.

Please keep in mind that the smart home system is learning and without your saved data, various functions will need to be relearned
