Voice your concerns

You have doubts as to whether a certain incident in A1 Group is in line with the law, the Code of Conduct or the compliance guidelines of the A1 Group? Adress your concerns directly at the local Compliance Manager.


To assist you in situations when you believe that voicing your concerns directly is not possible, we have introduced the new tell.me-portal. This specially designed communication platform is administered by an external provider who is specialized in secure and confidential handling of information. Here, you can contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week – in all national languages of the countries where the A1 Group is operating – and make an active contribution to protecting our company. We encourage you to report any issue openly, but in case you wish to remain anonymous the platform allows an anonymous dialog.

You can be sure that we will follow up every lead and every individual case, and that those who provide information to the best of their knowledge will not have any disadvantages from drawing our attention to these incidents, as Whistleblowers in A1 are specially protected. Trust us. We are confident that no leads will be given with dishonest intentions. This also applies to tips that are not covered by local whistleblower-laws.
