Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct comprises the central behavioral guidelines of the A1 Group. It is aimed at all employees and the entire management of the A1 Group and contains the most important guidelines that apply to all employees.

The Code of Conduct contains regulations on:

  • Fair dealings with one another and with business partners
  • Handling of confidential and personal data
  • Avoiding and dealing with possible conflicts of interest
  • Gifts, invitations and personal advantages
  • Our responsibility for environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) topics

  • Protection of corporate assets
  • Reporting channels for information about potential violations or misconduct as well as for sanctioning violations that have been identified
